21:19:39 [Sheryl] I seem to go through phases. Sometimes I worry i won't keep up, then when I am pumped about it, I think jsut talking and being with friends will keep me going

21:20:01 [Bookwood] Sheryl, I usually run with a bandana (hanky style) sometimes it's tied around my head but if I do that inevitably I have to use it to blow my nose LOL Corners are now for blowing and the center for mopping sweat! (THat's probably an overshare!)

21:22:52 [pixie] I wore an old baggy pair of sweat pants and an old sweatshirt cut up the front
21:23:10 [Sheryl] I did buy a new pair of shorts, very comfy but DrDolphin said NO cotton and I think they are cotton
21:23:37 [pixie] If jean shorts are comfortable wear them but make sure they don't rub after awhile
21:23:53 [Sheryl] You know they ahve those tear away sports pants sometimes in teh men's department at Target, I was thinking of picking up a pair of those to wear on top
21:24:04 [Bookwood] I pulled out and old pair of wind pants that were Shawns Sophmore in HS soccer warmups that Sarah has been wearing for several years and have a sweat shirt form Bethany's Middle school that we won't need anymore
21:24:29 [pixie] I wore a cotton t-shirt. If you were running the whole thing I would worry
21:25:19 [Sheryl] I ahve a ton of Disney zippe sweatshirts, and thought I'd wear one, but tie it around my waist?
21:25:26 [Bookwood] I'm also thinking I'm wearing a t-shirt no matter want it's made of So far I haven't had any trouble with the t-shirts why by something new to wear!
21:25:32 [pixie] They sell paper wind suits at the Expo. I may splurge on one because I like the look of them LOL

21:32:41 [Sheryl] I enrolled Nick for summer school for reading, I find it helps him keep up through the summer. So while he is at school, Zach and I plan to go to walk our UB bike trail, which is about 3 miles. I'm hoping it will really help, plus he wants to do track in Fall and it will help him too

21:46:51 [Sheryl] She ahs been passing out and falling. They checked her for a few days and sent her back to her assisted living home.

21:47:36 [Sheryl] She is in her late 80's and does not want to live anymore

21:48:09 [Sheryl] Is horrible mess. My dad has a borther who lives in tennesse and is NO help, but he sure knows how to blame my Dad

21:49:27 [Sheryl] So, sonce the hospital is minutes from my house, I'm expecting my parents to drop in anytime

21:49:56 [Sheryl] She actually loves the assisted living home and wants to go back, but my mom does not think she will be able to?
