No real MouseFest events for me today. I got up fairly late for me (8am) and started packing everything up. Then I toured around the resort to get some pictures, and looked in the store a bit. I headed back to the room, gathered my things and headed off to Downtown Disney.

I needed to do some family shopping if I expect to be allowed back into the house when I get home tonight! ;-) So I hit World of Disney and enjoyed that 10% off AP discount. I also stopped at several other stores including the Toy store, home goods and the Christmas shop. I was loaded down pretty good with bags, and decided to stop at Rainforest Café for a quick lunch. I sat at the bar and used my DVC card for a 10% discount on a fine lunch.

Then it was time to head for the airport. I filled the gas tank and ended up taking 417 north back. $2.00 in tolls this way as well, but very little traffic. It was nice. I got the car back early enough to only end up costing $87 total. Not bad for a huge SUV!

My flight back was uneventful except a delay getting my bags back in Syracuse. But they eventually had them all out to us. It was COLD, but not too bad considering and I headed out on my two hour drive back home.

It was just the best MouseFest trip ever! I had a wonderful time, I met tons of old and new friends, and just can’t WAIT until I get to do it all again next year!!! I hope everyone that reads this and the many other reports can join us - you won’t regret it!!! :-)
