Begin at the End Redux!

Come one, come all, to a revival of the first ever Tagrel.com MouseFest meet - Begin at the End! Meet Mr. Scopa and me at the fabulous Trail's End Buffeteria at the Ft. Wilderness campground for a casual buffet-style dinner and mingling, just the thing to ramp up excitement among the early arrivals before MouseFest gets into its crazy full-swing the next day.

Pleasure Island Meet!

The plan is to catch the first Comedy Warehouse performance then head over to the Adventures Club. We may close down either of those clubs or head on over to one of the dance clubs.

We suggest that you have already purchased your ticket prior. There are discounts with AP and Disney Dining Card - See sign up post linked below if you would like to try to hook up with someone with a discount.

We are getting so excited to see everyone and kick off the evening activities at MF 2007 with humor, adult beverages and of course good friends!

Taginators go on an Expedition to Everest 

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to Himalayan mountains and a Safari in Harambe all within a matter of hours?

Well, now is your chance! We will all meet on the wall that overlooks Everest at rope drop. We’ll get Fast passes and then head over to meet Deb Wills for a Safari ride by 9:30.

It will then be time to hike back to Asia for an Expedition to Everest. So, put on your hiking boots and get ready for some great adventures.

Stop, Drop and Roll! 

Are you ready to Stop, Drop & Roll?!! Did you miss this last year? Wanna do it again? If you answered yes to any of the above...we've got the meet for you.

STOP - We'll meet at 2:30pm at the wall directly across from the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster fastpass machines. We'll say hello, and then each get a fastpass for Rock 'n' Roller Coaster.

DROP - Let's discover what lies beyond the fifth dimension...beyond the deepest, darkest corner of the imagination...in the Tower of Terror. We'll use the standby line for this one. This will be a great opportunity for a meet photo in our own elevator!

ROLL - G-Force Records has a super stretch limo waiting just for us. We'll move right thru to the garage with our fastpasses, and make it in time for the show.

Come “Mingle All The Way” with Disney friends, old and new, as we view a “Ho Ho Ho Lotta Lights” at the Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights. Join us as we wander aimlessly among enough blinking shining lights to send you into a seizure.

Stroll under an artificial snowfall (can you say soap? go ahead, I dare you to catch some on your tongue). Open to anyone willing to put up with a large crowd who all enjoy a great big tacky light display.

Gift Exchange 2007

Everyone who wishes to play brings a wrapped gift - their name is added to a box. After the first name is drawn, that person picks any gift they wish - they open it and show it to the crowd. That person then picks the next name and they get to EITHER pick a new present or they give that present to the first person, taking the one they already opened.   This makes your goal to be the last person drawn so you can choose from ALL the gifts.  Gifts should be in the $15 - $20 price range.

Brunch at the Ball

Right next to Spaceship Earth at Innoventions East is the Electric Umbrella. Join us as we gather at the outside tables for friendly conversation, making new friends and reacquainting with old friends. Enjoy a fountain view and a relaxing snack for brunch, before heading off to the Mega MouseFest Meet.

We will save the memory with a group photo at 10:30 in front of the fountain with the ball behind us.

The 4th Annual Karaoke Meet!

You need not be a singer to have a great time at this meet.  All are encouraged to come and join in the fun.  There ill be plenty of singing, cheering, catcalls and even some dancing for those who enjoy hoisting back a few lemon drop martinis!

Capture the Magic Meet

Teams of five players each will receive a booklet filled with “photo opportunities”, each worth a predetermined amount of points. Each item requires the teams to trek across the many lands of the Magic Kingdom where they will pose in photographs with the characters, rides, strangers, and each other like never before. Moley, a member of Tagrel.com, gave us this little tidbit, “I saw the clue booklets last year and I must say it looked like a lot of fun. That was until I realized this wasn’t a virtual tour. They expected me to actually walk the park. My Lazybutt wanted none of that. The meet, I am sure it turned out just fine, but that bench - it was incredible.”

Each team is required to have one member with a working digital camera. Transportation to and from the Magic Kingdom is not provided. Side effects of event participation may include fits of the giggles, gasping for air, and if you are on Daddio’s team, severe dehydration. Photographs may or may not later be used to make bogus mugshots for various trip reports. Alcohol is not served in the Magic Kingdom, please supply your own.

Remember you can attend every meet, see every Taginator, and find a million ways to enjoy MouseFest, but do you really want to go home and know you didn’t “Capture the Magic?”
